Kinetic Tube Reader (MB-80A) is applied to dynamically monitor the absorbance value of the reaction reagent through photoelectric conversion principle. The cut-off absorbance time is linearly correlated with the content of fungus (1-3)-β-D-glucan and endotoxin, rendering the establishment of a standard curve between them. The specific detection value can be obtained by software system analysis.
